CONDITIONS AND FRAME OF COLLABORATION
The following conditions form part of the agreement of collaboration, apply equally to all clients, and establish a shared framework within which we work together.
- Time and place:
Sessions take place at the agreed time and in a space reserved exclusively for this work. - Regularity and frequency:
Sessions take place at a stable, pre-agreed time and frequency. Regularity is an integral part of psychological work and allows the collaboration to take place within a trustworthy, stable, and predictable framework. - Payment:
Payment is due after the session and may be made in cash or by bank transfer. Services are not covered by health insurance. - 24-hour rule (cancellation of sessions):
If I cancel a session less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the next session is provided to the client free of charge.
The same rule applies to clients: if a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session is charged in full. This rule applies reciprocally and serves to maintain fairness, predictability, and trust in the collaboration. - Confidentiality:
The collaboration takes place within a confidential framework. Everything that is shared within the collaboration is subject to confidentiality and is protected in accordance with professional and ethical standards of psychological and psychotherapeutic practice.
